A network of over 100 centres of the 'Forum for Fast Justice' spread across the country would spearhead the movement that, in its first phase, will involve a 35-day-long march from "Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kutch to Kolkata".
"We will take the message for fair and fast justice to the masses in hundreds of villages, towns, cities, while moving in our own vehicles and of those who join the yatra on the way, connecting the whole country in the movement," Bhagvanji Raiyani, chairman of Forum for Fast Justice said.
"The copies of the resolution will be mailed to the President, Prime Minister, Law Minister, all Supreme Court and High Court judges, MPs, and Bar Council members with an ultimatum to initiate the reform process in right earnest within eight months or else to face a nationwide Satyagraha based on Gandhian principles," Raiyani said.
The campaign is premised on the stand that "justice delayed is justice denied", said Raj Kachroo, the founder of a nationwide anti-ragging movement, who is also associated with the proposed march.
