OC Tanner eyes 8-10 pc revenue share from India in 5 years

US-based OC Tanner, which develops strategic employee recognition and reward solutions, is expecting 8-10 per cent revenue contribution from India in five years, a senior company executive said.
"In Asia, we are present in India and have recently set up office in Singapore. India is the fastest growing market for us and currently contributes 3-5 per cent to the overall revenue of the company.
Looking at the current trend in the growth of market, we expect India's contribution to the overall revenue to be 8-10 per cent in next five years," OC Tanner Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Niel Nickolaisen told PTI here.
The employee rewards and recognition company, which has offices in Hyderabad and Mumbai in India, services large companies across the country.
OC Tanner taps large companies, both domestic as well as multinationals, having over 1,000 employees, he added.
The firm is also planning to hire 20-25 software engineers for its software development centre in Hyderabad, which is expected to be operational early next year.

Going forward, the company is expecting to hire 70-100 software engineers for the centre in next five years, he added.
