Seeking Goddess Durgas blessings for the prosperity and happiness of all, Patnaik in his twitter post said "I greet all on the ocassion of the Dusshera and Vijaya Dasami. Let all prosper with blessing of the Goddess Durga."
Patnaik also called upon the people to work hard in their respective fields and make the state proud. "Let us forget differences to make Dusshera a celebration," he said.
