After the inquiry committee submitted its report today, the Fortis group, in a statement said that they were "yet to receive a copy of the report".
The Haryana government had on November 21 ordered a probe into allegations that the Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI), a multi super-speciality care hospital in Gurgaon, had overcharged the family of a seven-year-old girl, who died of dengue.
The private hospital had denied the charge, saying the patient's kin was informed about the bill on a daily basis.
At a press conference in Chandigarh, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij today said, the probe team has found "several irregularities" following which the state government is planning to lodge an FIR in the case.
