Offices, educational instt to observe winter timing from Oct 1

Government offices and educational institutions in summer zone areas of Jammu division will observe winter timings from October 1 to April 30, 2014.
As per government notification, the working hours in the state government offices and educational institutions in Jammu division shall be observed from 10 AM to 4 PM from October 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014.
