The minister asked the pilgrims not to bring more than one attendant or companion at the Haj house in Lucknow and the temporary Haj house in Varanasi where they come for catching their flight.
Azam, the UP Haj Committee chairman, said only one attendant or companion was allowed inside the Haj house.
He said there was a restriction on bringing children and minor girls as attendant inside the Haj house except in cases when they are accompanying the pilgrims for performing Haj.
