One dies in IED blast
The explosion took place at around 1 AM at Donganraji in the main market area of Umrangshu town, the police said.
The place was strewn with body parts of the victim, who is yet to be identified.
District police officials suspect that the man was carrying the IED with him with an intention to plant the device somewhere.
