The duo was crossing the nullah along with their bicycles when they were swept away by the strong current.
One body was fished out two km from the spot while efforts were on to trace the other person, the police said.
As there is no road bridge over the nullah, vegetable vendors of Kalyanpur cross it on foot to sell their product at Bundu Market in Keredari block, the police said.
