According to Shivaji Park police in suburban Mumbai, 25-year-old Raju Kalal was placed under preventive arrest as he assaulted the couple after he mistook that they were clicking his pictures.
According to police, James Henman (22) and his female friend were casually taking pictures at Shivaji Park area. However, Kalal, who was drunk, thought that they were clicking his pictures.
A heated argument ensued, following which a scuffle took place between them. Soon locals gathered and took Kalal to police station after which a non-cognisable offence was registered against him.
