Acting on a tip-off, police raided the eatery of a man named Manoj Kumar near the matador stand at Vijaypur in Samba and recovered pouches of illicit liquor from there, a police official said.
Kumar, the owner of the eatery, was arrested and the liquor was seized. He has been booked under relevant sections the Excise Act and investigation is underway, the official said.
