The body of one person, yet to be identified, was retrieved from beneath the debris while the two injured were sent to a nearby hospital, they said.
It was a G+1 building and the collapsed portion was a makeshift one full of plastic, cardboards and other materials, a fire brigade official said adding the rescue work was still going on.
