Jaspal Singh (26) was killed and Harpal Singh, Parminder Singh and Harpal Singh were injured yesterday when the light commercial vehicle, they were travelling in, collided head on with a small truck coming from the opposite direction, a police officer said.
A case has been registered against the truck driver who fled from the spot, he said.
