One killed, 32 injured as truck falls in gorge, catches fire

One person was killed and 32 others were injured when a mini truck in which they were travelling fell in a gorge and caught fire, about 40 kms from the district headquarters, here, police said today.
The mini truck, carrying a marriage party, fell in the gorge on the National Highway last night and caught fire resulting in the death of one of the passengers, Additional SP Dayaram Saroj said.
As many as 24 with serious injuries have been referred to Jhansi for treatment, Saroj added.
