The private bus was on its way to Jalpaiguri from Kranti in Malbazar when it overturned at Kathambari, the sources said.
The injured were rushed to Malbazar hospital. The 10 seriously injured person were referred to the North Bengal Medical College Hospital by the Malbazar hospital, the sources added.
