One killed, another injured in scuffle in mall

A security staff of a multiplex attached to a mall in the city was killed and another person injured in a scuffle with a group of persons today.
The deceased was identifed as Sathyprakesh (50), police said.
The seriously injured person Vipin, a staff manning the ticket counter, was admitted to a private hospital here, police said.
Two persons were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
Trouble started when certain persons who took tickets for the morning show wanted entry into the cinema hall during the afternoon screening.
