Ramsamujh (60) died on the spot yesterday while Ramkishore was found on the roof of the car in a serious condition at a toll plaza when the car stopped there, they said, ading that he was admitted to a nearby hospital.
As soon as the driver of the car detected him, he left him there and feld away with the vehicle, they said.
Police recovered the car later, they said, adding that a probe was on in the matter.
