One killed as car falls into a gorge in HP

A man was killed after the vehicle he was travelling in skidded off the road causing it to plunge into a gorge near Lal Bridge here, police said.
"The victim, Baldev Singh, was on his way to Khairi yesterday when his car fell into a gorge, allegedly due to negligent driving," DSP Bir Bahadur said.
A case has been registered in this connection, he said, adding the body has been sent for post-mortem.
