While driver Surjesh Yadav (30) died on the spot, the injured were rushed to a hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable, said Additional Superintendent of Police Ram Kishan.
The mishap took place this morning when Satyapal Yadav, president BJP Kisan Morcha (Noida), was going to Lucknow with four others and a tyre of his car got punctured and the vehicle hit the railing, police said.
