The incident took place late last night at Mahetna village when the deceased Sanjeev Singh and his 27-year-old friend Ram Dheeraj were riding on the motorcycle, they said.
Dheeraj was seriously injured and has been admitted to the hospital, police said, adding that an FIR has been lodged in this connection and further probe is underway.
