Subhash, a resident of Muzaffarnagar, was going to Agra last night when a tyre of his car deflated, police said.
As Subhash got down from his car to check the tyre, a speeding vehicle hit him near Sports City.
He was killed on the spot.
A case has been registered and hunt for the driver was on, police said.
