One lakh people participate in yoga day events in Indore

Nearly one lakh people took part in yoga sessions across Indore district to mark the second International Yoga Day today.
Madhya Pradesh Revenue Minister Rampal Singh was the chief guest at the official function organised by the state government here, where over thousand people, including policemen, government officials and others took part.
"Yoga gives us new energy, strength and a direction for modern thoughts. Yoga not only keeps our body fit, but also gives mental peace," Singh said on the occasion.
