The board had earlier decided to not allow any verification of marks or re-evaluation. However, following Delhi High Court's intervention, the board today announced the schedule and modalities for revaluation.
"In class XII, only those candidates who have applied for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book shall be eligible to apply for scrutiny of marks awarded to any questions with respect to available marking scheme," an official order said.
"In class X, in the event of receiving representations relating to non-awarding of marks to particular questions as per marking scheme or unevaluated portions of answer books, the same shall be followed as per procedure followed for verification of grades," it added.
The CBSE had last week told the Delhi High Court that though the it has done away with re-evaluation, however, under the verification policy the students marking issues will be looked into.
