Bengali superstar Jeet, who describes Chak De India and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag as his most favourite sports films, says he is open about doing a typical sports genre film if something comes his way.
"I am not sure 'when' but definitely I am open about it. If something related to sports comes up, would love to do it," Jeet told PTI on the sidelines of a Tata Steel event here.
Jeet, who would rate Akshay Kumar and Hrittik Roshan as the fittest superstars in Bollywood apart from the Big B, lets out his own fitness regimen.
"I make sure I work out 5-6 days in a week and that has separate timings either pre/post shoots.
"Unless my character/scene demands, then only I plan my fitness in between shots. In this case, I carry all the necessary equipment to pump in," Jeet says referring to Boss shoots.
The Bachchan star, who says "Chak de India and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag would definitely be on the top list of my most favourite sports films," feels as a mass icon his fitness mantra would be "Like every day as we eat, sleep, drink, wake up and workout/work towards fitness."
Jeet, all set to turn up in the unique Tata Steel 25 km Marathon in the city by the end of this month, says he and his production unit Grassroot are keen to turn up in the marathon.
"The Grassroot team is obviously excited regarding my involvement in this event. They too are eager to participate in the same as they themselves are aware of the importance of staying fit," Jeet, Face of the marathon city leg, said.
