Today was the second day of the six-day winter session that the House could not take up any business due to uproarious scenes created by the opposition.
As the House sat for the day to take the Question Hour, BJP and RJD members trooped into the well of the House as part of protest.

Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav asked Speaker Udai Narayan Chaudhary to suspend all business to take up discussion on serial bomb blasts during BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi rally in Patna on October 27 in which seven persons and a terrorist had lost lives.
RJD legislators protested deteriorating law and order situation in the state and police lathicharge on agitating women students of a local college yesterday.
The protesting legislators shouted anti-government and anti-Chief Minister slogans.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was not present in the House.
When all persuasions failed to calm the protesting members, Speaker Udai Narayan Chaudhary adjourned the House till 12:30 pm.
When the House reassembled, the scenario was no different.
The BJP members against entered into the well and demanded discussion on Gandhi maidan blasts issue first. The RJD members did not join them this time and they were seen sitting on their seats.
With the Speaker rejecting adjournment notice citing rules, the BJP members refused to relent.
The Speaker then announced adjournment of the House till 2 PM.
