Bloom, 37, and Robbie, 23, were flirting with each other, at the Golden Globes after-party, reported the New York Post.
"There was flirting going on at the party, and why not? She is single and gorgeous," a source said.
Bloom, and his former supermodel wife Miranda Kerr separated in October last year after being together for three years.
The couple are parents to a son, Flynn.
