The promoters of Noida-based Orosil Smiths, a jewellery designing firm, are looking for buyers to sell their stake and exit the company.
The promoters and promoter group currently hold 74.98 per cent stake in the company, which was formally known as Silver Smith Ltd, the company said in a BSE filing.
"I on behalf of the promoters and promoter group, want to express our intention to sell majority stake in the company to a suitable buyer and may consider exit from the company, depending upon how the things finally materialise, said Bhushan Kumar Narula, promoter of the company.
Orosil Smiths has been manufacturing and designing gold and silver jewellery for the high-end couture jewellery sector and retail segment for the last 22 years.
