Sunrisers Hyderabad coach Tom Moody today said that his boys would like to put their best foot forward when they clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore, here tomorrow in a crucial encounter of the Indian Premier League cricket tournament, here today.
"RCB are a strong side, particularly since they had made the adjustments with the batting order. For a game, as we saw last night, anyone can fall short of totals. We have done well against RCB at home in the past. We intend to do the same tomorrow night," Moody said in the pre-match press conference today.
Tomorrow's match is crucial for both sides to confirm a berth in the play -off of the keenly-fought tournament. Sunrisers have 14 points from 12 matches and RCB have 13 points from 11 matches.
Asked about the competition becoming close ahead of the play-off, he said the players are "well-conditioned" to the pressures of a high-profile tournament and that he makes sure that the team's focus remained on the very next game.
"I think they are pretty well-conditioned to the pressure of the IPL. Every edition it has been always tense at the closing.
"It is really up to me and the rest of support staff to make sure that we just concentrate on the very next game and not look too far beyond. You can easily fall into the trap of watching other game and hoping that this team loses,"" he said.
"We got two games left at home and we want to win the two games that we will be playing here," he said.

Replying to a query he said the team's middle-order batsman have also been making useful contributions especially in the recent matches.
"We feel that all the talk in the early part of the tournament about Sunrisers lacking depth in the batting, we have shown in the last five games that it is not a one man show. Moises Henriques made a match winning contribution. Eoin Morgan made a match winning contribution. There are others that have come in and made contribution. Everyone have to perform their roles," he said
On Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Moody said that he was an asset to have in the side.
"He is a quality bowler. To have a bowler like him who is as effective with the new ball as well as at the end of the innings is a great asset to any side," he said.
