Over 2.5 lakh children have been issued health cards, an official spokesman said here today.
This scheme was launched with a view to providing intensive healthcare services to all children between 0-18 years of age for covering the issues of the Nutritional Deficiencies, Disability and Diseases.
All communicable diseases like breathing problems, diarrhoea fever and non-communicable diseases heart problem and cancer were being covered under this scheme.
