"We will summon them if they do not submit the information sought by us," PAC Chairman Murli Manohar Joshi told reporters here today.
He said the Maharashtra government has been asked to submit documents related to the Adarsh Housing society scam by April 28.
Maharashtra government had been delaying submission of information related to the scam contendning that a Commission of Inquiry set up by it had taken all the relevant documents, he said.
The PAC Chairman said that he had also written to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar in this regard.
"We have received some information through the Defence Ministry," Joshi said adding that details from the Maharashtra government was awaited.
The PAC is also planning to seek an update from the CBI on its investigations into the Adarsh case.

Sources said since the PAC is examining the CAG report, it was pertinent for it to seek an update from the investigating agency.
The CBI had arrested former Principal Secretary of Maharashtra's Urban Development Department Ramanand Tiwari and former Mumbai municipal Commissioner Jairaj Phatak on April 3.
