The arrested people include 10 Afghan refugees besides 12 suspects from NADRA officer in Nowshera district, police said.
Police have also recovered weapons from some of the arrested suspects.
The raids were carried out in Jalozai refugees camp as a bike-borne Taliban suicide bomber yesterday blew himself up outside the office of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). At least 26 people were killed and 60 others injured in one of the deadliest attacks since the Peshawar school carnage that left over 150 dead.
The investigation team recorded witnesses' statements and gathered evidence from the blast site. Chasis and engine number of the bike used by the bomber have also been obtained. According to reports, the motorbike is unregistered.

"Apparently the target was the queue as there were around 400 people standing there," district police chief Faisal Shahzad said.
