A four-member committee constituted by the Islamabad chief commissioner has finalised six terrorism cases for trial by the military courts, the Dawn reported.
The team comprised deputy commissioner, SSP Islamabad, district attorney and DSP prosecution, it said.
So far eight high-profile cases have been sent to the committee for examination but after examining them, it decided to transfer six cases to the military courts.
Special military courts have been set up to fast-track terror-related cases after the Peshawar school massacre that left 150 people, mostly students dead, in December.
