"There is no need to hold any type of talks with Pakistan for betterment of relations...They need to be shown their worth," Hussain, who is BJP MP from Bhagalpur, told PTI.
"There is a need to give reply to Pakistan in their own language," he added.
There was stamp of government agencies like ISI and Taliban in any type of terrorist activities emanating from across the border, Hussain, who is also BJP national spokesman, said.
The BJP MP said his party would continue to struggle for return of head of the deceased jawan.
He said that Pakistan was brought on the backfoot during the NDA rule of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
In the wake of attack on Parliament by Pakistani terrorists, the Vajpayee government had halted talks with the neighbouring country and banned flight from neighbouring country into Indian territory.

The tough stand had forced the then Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf to say that soil of his country would not be allowed to be used for fomenting terrorism in India, he added.
"We (BJP) believe in tough action and not just words," he said pointing to difference in approach of the NDA and UPA government in dealing with terrorism from across the border.
