Pakistani teenager sent home by BSF

Amid escalation of hostilities on the border, a 13-year-old Pakistani boy was today repatriated by Border Security Force as he had inadvertently crossed into the Indian territory.
Sajid was apprehended at border village Rarran Khurd and told the border guarding force that he was illiterate and worked in a brick kiln in the adjoining village, which lies in Pakistan.
As the boy was not aware of alignment of International Border, he inadvertently came inside Indian territory yesterday, BSF DIG R S Kataria said.
He said that Sajid was a native of Bhamma village of Pakistan, which is about 4.5 km away from the border.

Nothing objectionable was recovered from his possession, the DIG said.
Pakistan Rangers were contacted today and the boy was handed over to them on humanitarian ground, the DIG said.
