Apprehending arrest after his name appeared in an FIR pertaining to the sensational suicide of four siblings in Paralakhemundi of Gajapati district, the MLA had approached the high court last week, seeking anticipatory bail.
Seeking the case diary from the local police, Justice S K Mishra restrained the cops from arresting the leader in the case until further directions. The matter would come up for hearing on October 5.
