In this new role, Gupta is responsible for the business strategies and outcomes in Middle East, Africa and India, and will direct all business units and delivery, Paladion said in a statement.
"Sunil brings a wealth of experience in building great organisations that deliver platform based services. He has a deep understanding of the dynamics that are playing out in enterprises as IT is transitioning to be more agile, secure and responsive," Paladion Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Rajat Mohanty said.
His last assignment was at Infosys Edgeverve, where he was the COO.
"In my new role, my main focus will be to make Paladion a highly proactive, responsive, learning organisation with clients and people at the centre of the business," Gupta said.
