Marketmen said sluggish demand amid a weak global trend on speculation that exports from Malaysia, may drop for a third month,mainly influenced the sentiment.
Meanwhile, palm oil declined 0.7 per cent to 775 dollar a metric tonne on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange.
In the national capital, palmolein (rbd) and palmolein (Kandla) oils fell by Rs 50 each to Rs 6,400 and Rs 6,000 per quintal, respectively.
