"I have submitted 1,861 pages report to the government and it is left to them to decide on future course of action in the case," Justice Kempanna told reporters.
The commission was constituted in August, 2014 after BJP raised the issue in state legislature alleging that Siddaramaiah was direct beneficiary of the denotification land.
The BJP had pressed for CBI inquiry into the matter alleging crores of rupees were involved in the denotification.
Siddaramaiah had rubbished the allegations, saying that that the denotification of 541 acres was done as per the guidelines laid down by high court.
