Yadav, RJD Lok Sabha member from Madhepura, handed over a list of unqualified doctors practising in Madhepura, Supual, Saharsa and Khagaria and urged the Chief Minister to initiate action against them.
Yadav in his memorandum said that such unqualified doctors who are fleecing the public are playing with the life of people and need to be stopped.
"A sort of anarchy is prevailing in the field of health in the state as private practitioners and nursing homes are fleecing people while government hospitals are in bad condition," he said in the memorandum.
The RJD MP has suggested Rs 150 fee for MBBS doctors, Rs 200 for MD/MS and Rs 300 for senior and experienced practitioners.
