"The state government should implement Prime Minister package. They should take concrete steps in the direction," chairman of PSC, Rajiv Partap Ruddy told reporters here today.
The committee, however, faced protests in Jammu by BJP and some local outfits.
BJP leader and lawyer S Arora, who was leading a delegation of lawyers, alleged that he was not given time to meet the delegation.
Similar situation developed at the State Circuit house, where delegations of All Party Migrant Coordination Committee (APMCC) and Kashmiri Sikh Refugee Front resorted to anti-state government protests and tore memorandums, as they were allegedly kept waiting for hours.
