The film, directed by David O Russell, opened the recent 14th Mumbai Film Festival. 'Hangover' star Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence of 'Hunger Games' play the lead in the movie while Robert De Niro and Kher are in pivotal roles.
"Just saw the movie Silver Linings Playbook. Really enjoyed it, such a funny and well written romantic comedy," Hilton tweeted.
Kher, who plays a doctor in the film, later retweeted Hilton's post, adding, "Jai Ho."
Hilton, 30, had visited Mumbai last year to launch her exclusive handbags and accessories range under the label Paris Hilton Entertainment.
