Parsvnath eyes Rs 100 cr revenue from new project at Jodhpur

Realty firm Parsvnath Developers today said it would develop a housing project in Jodhpur with an expected sales revenue of Rs 100 crore.
The project comprising 400 housing units would be part of the 120-acre township, Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain said.
It has launched a housing project 'Parsvnath Aakanksha' in a fully functional, integrated township 'Parsvnath City', Jodhpur, the company said in a statement.
The project would offer low rise floors at an affordable price range of Rs 16-25 lakh on down-payment scheme.
When contacted, Jain said: "We will develop 400 units in this project. We expect a sales revenue of about Rs 100 crore from this project".
The township is functional with more than 150 families already residing, he added.
The company has presence in 42 cities and 15 states. Its business portfolio comprises of residential, commercial (office and retail), DMRC projects, Hotels, SEZs, IT Parks and third-party construction.
It has so far completed 55 projects having 24.75 million sq ft of developed area. Currently, 48 projects are under construction, comprising nearly 70 million sq ft of area. It has a land bank of 143 million sq ft.
