The festival is tentatively planned for the first quarter of 2015, India's envoy to Thailand Harsh Shringla said.
"We had unprecedented response when we held it earlier this year and there was a demand for a repeat," he told PTI.
Speaking at the same session, Sanjay K Roy, Jaipur Literary Festival producer said his production firm Teamwork Arts will acquaint Thai people about India's culture, art, music and dance.
Hoping to reach out to every Thai person to capture a section of Thai population, Roy said 2015 festival in Bangkok and Chiangmai will bring together music, theatre and dance.
"We Will work with locals to create a platform to collaborate. Festivals work only with support and collaborations," he said.
Besides importing and exporting culture it is important for the artists from both sides to hold a dialogue, he said, adding that he saw festivals as a marketing and branding opportunities to audiences across the world.
