As per Met bulletin, one or two places of south west, south centre, south east and north east parts of the state witnessed very light rainfall in the past 24 hours.
Gaya received one mm of rain while Patna, Bhagalpur and Purnea received traces in past 24 hours, it said.
Gaya was the hottest place in the state with 38.5 degree Celsius, followed by Bhagalpur at 36.5 deg C and Purnea at 31.8 deg C.
The state capital, Patna today registered 33.0 deg Celsius against yesterday's 35.7 deg C, a Met bulletin said.
