Parvathy Ommanakuttan wears Tiger inspired saree at Cannes

Former Miss India Parvathy Ommanakuttan wore a saree designed by Goa-born Mumbai-based designer duo Riddhi and Siddhi Mapxencar for the premier of 'La Venus a la Fourrure' at Cannes.
"The saree on Parvathy Ommanakuttan was inspired from Tiger since we strongly believe in the save the tiger cause. This saree is without any embroidery but carries a strong detailing of textures on the border, something our label is strongly known for," Riddhi said.
The texture is purely hand made and has intricate detailing of different colours. Also, as Tiger is our national animal, we thought a saree inspired from this will be a good bet on the red carpet, she said.

"Parvathy Omanakuttan is elegant, tall and beautiful so we thought she would make total justice to the ensemble," said Siddhi Mapxencar.
