"The post-mortem of the bodies of four terrorists was held by a team of doctors at civil hospital here," Pathankot Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) R K Bakshi said.
The post-mortem and other reports of the killed terrorists will be handed over to the investigating agencies, Bakshi said.
In all six militants were killed in the attack. While the bodies of four were found to be intact, the remaining two were blown into pieces.
They were killed during a counter-operation by Indian forces that lasted for about three days in which seven security personnel were killed.
They were carrying AK-47 rifles, modified Under Grenade Barrel Launcher, pistols, Swiss and commando knives, 40-50 kg of bullets besides 3-4 dozens of magazine and mortars.
