The chief minister has directed the Balasore district collector to ensure that an official accompanies and escorts Sujata to her home in Jeypore with due honour, according to a statement from the chief minister's office.
Sujata, daughter-in-law of late Panda of Azad Hind Fauz, had come from Jeypore to Bhubaneswar to be felicitated by the Prime Minister at Raj Bhavan, it said.
However, while returning she mistakenly reached Balasore instead of Jeypore after boarding a wrong train. She was unable to return back to Jeypore due to lack of money, the statement said.
