The two surviving members of the band joined Howard for a filmed Facebook question and answer session and revealed they were yet to see "The Beatles: Eight Days a Week - The Touring Years," reported Contactmusic.
"I haven't seen it," McCartney said in response to a question about his views on the film and Starr indicated also hadn't viewed the film ahead of its release.
Although Howard's film only tells the story of the group up until their final organised concert at Los Angeles' Candlestick Park, he has said he's open to making a follow-up detailing The Beatles' later years.
