The Authority follows the government pay scales, a HUDA spokesman said here today.
The government has already implemented recommendations of the Central 7th Pay Commission for its employees and hence the Authority has decided to implement the same to give benefit of revised pay scales to its employees in the state, he said.
Arrear of the revised pay would be paid in cash, preferably during the current financial year, the spokesman said.
Cases of Assured Career Progression (ACP) would be decided at the headquarter as the Chief Administrator HUDA is the competent authority for the same, the spokesman said.
Wherever ACP has been granted in old scales, pay may be fixed at the office level, he added.
