PAYBACK aims to add 10 million new people to its base in the next one year on the back of strong uptake of loyalty programmes by online and offline retailers.
The multi-brand loyalty company, which has 40 million users, has also revamped its app Bingo to help customers get rewarded for online transactions.
"With our new strategy and brand positioning, we are aligning ourselves with the changing global marketplace and our customers' evolving needs to drive PAYBACK programme forward... We are seeing a healthy growth in our business and expect to add atleast 10 million new users in the next one year," PAYBACK India CEO and MD Rahul Rana told PTI.
Talking about the app, PAYBACK India Chief Marketing Officer Gaurav Khurana said the company has signed with 50 online firms like Jabong, MakeMyTrip and others to help customers get rewards for transactions.
"To cater to growing trend of e-commerce/m-commerce, PAYBACK launched its new and revamped mobile app offering 24X7 marketing solutions to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to its consumers at a click of a button," he said.
Khurana added that the company will utilise digital media to popularise the app.
The app will enable members to compare prices of the products across online shops and buy them at the best price while earning PAYBACK points on every online purchase.
The points can also be redeemed with a variety of gifts or vouchers.
