A court here issued fresh summons to Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh today in an income tax case.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaapinder Singh ordered issuing of fresh summons in a criminal complaint of 2016 that the I-T department had filed against Amarinder.
The court was told that summons earlier sent to the chief minister could not be served after which fresh summons were issued, and the next hearing in the case was posted for September 18.
